Key Portland properties change hands

By on December 6, 2016

Not only did November provide a great thanksgiving, it proved to be an historical point for some of Portland’s most well-known properties. By far, the transfer of the Rufus Deering Lumber yard on Commercial Street is the most noteworthy. The buyer is a proven developer Reger Dasco Properties who has been involved with the construction of other successful projects such as the Bay House and 113 Newbury. Although timing associated with the redevelopment of the site is not known, ultimately this sale will add to the changing landscape along Commercial Street.
