We provide residential appraisals for Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA or other government or private mortgage insurance companies, as well as for private individuals, attorneys or corporate relocation companies.

In the commercial arena, we currently provide appraisals within the federally approved USPAP standard formats, to include the thorough and comprehensively detailed self-contained report, to the abbreviated and cost-effective restricted-use report.

We have professionals on staff with extensive court testimony experience. This specialized skill can be required in a variety of situations including estate settlement or probate hearings, divorce settlements, adverse possession hearings, condemnation takings, liability cases, certiorari or tax abatement hearing or any instance where the value of real estate or business is in question.
